Services

Independent examination, report review, and testimony. Work is scoped in writing before it starts, documented so it survives cross-examination, and delivered on the schedule your case actually runs on.

Review their work

Fixed scope, fixed fee, no retainer. You find out whether the other side's analysis holds up before you commit to a strategy around it.

Do the work

Forensically sound acquisition through to the witness stand, with the record built to be handed to opposing counsel.

Where this comes up most

The same examination discipline, framed around what each kind of matter actually has to prove.

From first call to the stand

1. Scope call

No charge. What the matter needs, what the evidence can and cannot answer, and whether the work is worth doing at all.

2. Written scope

Scope, deliverable, and fee in writing before anything starts. Agency and firm purchase orders accepted.

3. Examination

Documented, repeatable method. The record is built so the other side can check it.

4. Report and testimony

A report written to be read by attorneys and juries, and testimony if the matter goes that far.
